Private Campbell McRobert

Born on 6 June 1893 in Colrains, Londonderry, Ireland - son of Margaret Jane McRobert, Belfast, Ireland - at the time of his enlistment in 1915: trade as bank clerk; single; currently a member of The Queen's Own Rifles of Canada (two years and nine months); no previous military service; Methodist; height of 5 feet 7.75 inches; chest of 34.5 inches fully expanded; fresh complexion; blue eyes; brown hair.

Joined the Cyclists in Toronto, Ontario, on 18 August 1915 (number 540025) - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion, CEF, in England on 3 July 1916 - [left] - taken on the strength of the 6th Canadian Siege Battery, CEF, as a Gunner on 3 July 1917 - wounded on 8 September 1917.
