Private Albert Willard McNeil

Born on 29 September 1896 in Pakenham, Ontario - son of Robert McNeil, Arnprior, Ontario - at the time of his enlistment in 1916: present address in Arnprior, Ontario; trade as laborer; single; no current or previous military service; Church of England; height of 5 feet 7 inches; chest of 35 inches fully expanded; dark complexion; blue eyes; black hair.

Joined the 242nd Battalion, CEF, in Arnprior, Ontario, on 22 August 1916 (number 1048063) - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 12 or 13 September 1918 - accidentally injured on 29 October 1918.
