Private Henry Plunkett

Born on 3 June 1886 in Queenstown[?], Ireland - next of kin listed as Almina Plunkett - at the time of his enlistment in 1915: trade as civil engineer; single; no current military service; previously served with the British Columbia Horse (three years); Church of England; height of 5 feet 8.7 inches; chest of 37.3 inches fully expanded; dark complexion; blue eyes; dark brown hair.

Joined the 38th Battalion, CEF, in Montreal, Quebec, on 26 May 1915 (number 411158) - transferred to Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry, CEF, on 26 July 1915.
