Private Richard Lodge

Born on 30 September 1887 in London, England - son of Mrs. Lattice Oddy, Fenelon Falls, Ontario - at the time of his conscription in 1918: present address in Fenelon Falls, Ontario; single; Baptist; trade as lumberman; no current or previous military service; height of 5 feet 2.5 inches; chest of 36 inches fully expanded; dark complexion; brown eyes; dark hair.

Conscripted into the 1st Depot Battalion, Eastern Ontario Regiment, CEF, in Kingston, Ontario, on 25 January 1918 (number 3056438) - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 12 or 13 September 1918 - wounded on 29 September 1918 - invalided to England on 4 October 1918.
