Corporal William Sidney Kidd

Born on 12 December 1893 in Burritts Rapids, Ontario - son of Richard Kidd, Burritts Rapids, Ontario - at the time of his enlistment in 1916: present address in Burritts Rapids, Ontario; trade as student; single; currently a member of the University of Toronto Canadian Officers' Training Corps (seven months); Church of England; height of 5 feet 11 inches; chest of 36.5 inches fully expanded; fair complexion; blue eyes; light brown hair.

Joined the 207th Battalion, CEF, in Ottawa, Ontario, on 10 April 1916 (number 246130) - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 26 or 27 September 1917 - invalided sick to England on 19 March 1918.
