Private Joseph Michael Hebert

Born on 31 March 1884 in Renfrew, Ontario - son of Mrs. Alder Hebert, Renfrew, Ontario - at the time of his enlistment in 1916: trade as labourer, single, no current or previous military service, Roman Catholic, height of 5 feet 5 inches, chest of 36 inches fully expanded, weight of 150 pounds, fair complexion, blue eyes, flaxen hair.

Joined the 130th Battalion, CEF, in Renfrew, Ontario, on 1 February 1916 (number 788562) - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 14 or 15 November 1916 - struck off the strength of the 38th Battalion on 16 June 1919.
