Joined the 126th Canadian Infantry Battalion on 11 January 1916 (number 775023) - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion in France on 4 or 6 December 1916 - wounded on 11 or 13 August 1918 - rejoined the battalion on 12 October 1918 - struck off the strength of the battalion on 16 June 1919.
