Corporal Oliver Master

Born on 6 November 1891 in Grand Valley, Ontario - son of Irvine Master, Kitchener, Ontario - at the time of his enlistment in 1917: present address in Ottawa, Ontario; trade as civil servant; single; no current or previous military service; Methodist; height of 5 feet 10.75 inches; chest of 39 inches fully expanded; fair complexion; blue eyes; brown hair.

Joined the [?] Field Ambulance, Canadian Army Medical Corps, CEF, in Ottawa, Ontario, on 24 April 1917 (number 2098880) - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 14 or 15 February 1918 - invalided sick to England on 6 January 1919.

Married Sarah Powell Hutton on 12 June 1919.
