Private Earl Bruce Galbraith

Born on 21 January 1891 in Yarker, Ontario - son of Robert and Celia Galbraith, Yarker, Ontario - at the time of his enlistment in 1917: present address in Kingston, Ontario, trade as student, single, no current or previous military service, Methodist, height of 5 feet 8.5 inches, chest of 35 inches fully expanded, fair complexion, hazel eyes, dark brown hair.

Joined No. 3 Section, Divisional Ammunition Column, CEF, in Kingston, Ontario, on 9 March 1917 (number 2043032) - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 11 or 12 July 1917 - wounded on 30 October 1917 - died of his wounds on 3 November 1917 - buried in Nine Elms British Cemetery (grave VII.D.5), Belgium.
