Joined ???, CEF, in North Bay, Ontario, on 5 August 1916 (number 1006912) - [then what] - joined the No.3 Section, Divisional Ammunition Column, CEF, in Kingston, Ontario, on 27 January 1917 (number 2043015) - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 11 or 12 July 1917 - struck off the strength of the 38th Battalion on 9 January 1918.
