Private Cyril Frank Marsh

Born on 12 March 1900 (claimed 1897 on attestation paper) in Faversham, Kent, England - son of Mrs. Florence Marsh, Mount Dennis, Ontario - at the time of his enlistment in 1916: present address same as mother; trade as assembler; single; no current or previous military service; Church of England; height of 5 feet 6.5 inches; chest of 36 inches fully expanded; fair complexion; brown eyes; brown hair.

Joined the 126th Battalion, CEF, in Toronto, Ontario, on 2 February 1916 (number 775826) - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 4 or 6 December 1916 - struck off strength to England as a "minor" on 23 August 1917.
