Private Thomas Arthur Moore

Born on 12 August 1897 in Perth, Ontario - son of James Moore, Perth, Ontario - at the time of his enlistment in 1915: trade as plumber; single; no current or previous military service; Church of England; height of 5 feet 7 inches; chest of 34.5 inches fully expanded; weight of 135 pounds; fresh complexion; blue eyes; brown hair.

Joined the 130th Battalion, CEF, in Perth, Ontario, on 6 November 1915 (number 787036) - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 14 or 15 November 1916 - invalided sick to England on 14 May 1917 - later served with the Canadian Army Medical Corps, CEF.
