Lance-Sergeant Arthur Earl Moran

Born on 27 May 1898 in Brantford, Ontario - son of John Edward Moran, Brantford, Ontario - at the time of his enlistment in 1916: present address same as father; trade as office clerk; single; currently a member of the 19th Regiment; previously served with the Welland Canal Force (eleven months); Church of England; height of 5 feet 4 inches; chest of 37.5 inches fully expanded; dark complexion; brown eyes; brown hair.

Joined the 215th Battalion, CEF, in Brantford, Ontario, on 29 November 1916 (number 270613) - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 27 or 28 March 1918 - struck off the strength of the 38th Battalion on 16 June 1919.
