Private James Alexander Moran

Born on 1 August 1887 in Edinburgh, Scotland - friend of Charlotte Luck, Toronto, Ontario - at the time of his enlistment in 1916: present address same as Charlotte Luck; trade as news salesman; single; no current military service; previously served with the 25th Regiment (Private for six months); Presbyterian; height of 5 feet 3.75 inches; chest of 43 inches fully expanded; medium complexion; blue eyes; brown hair.

Joined the 204th Battalion, CEF, in Toronto, Ontario, on 24 June 1916 (number 238029) - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 27 March 1918 - wounded on 2 or 4 September 1918 - rejoined the 38th Battalion on 12 October 1918 - struck off the strength of the 38th Battalion on 16 June 1919.
