Lieutenant Lloyd James Daniel Scott

Born on 28 October 1894 in Addison, Ontario - son of William John and Mina Scott, Athens, Ontario - at the time of his enlistment in 1916: present address in Athens, Ontario; trade as student; Church of England; currently a member of the 41st Regiment; no previous military service.

Joined the 156th Battalion, CEF, as a lieutenant in Brockville, Ontario, on 6 March 1916 - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 14 or 15 April 1918 - killed in action on 29 September 1918 - buried in Bourlon Wood Cemetery (grave II.A.5), France.
