Joined the 63rd Battalion, CEF, in Edmonton, Alberta, on 29 June 1915 (number 466032) - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 26 or 27 June 1917 - struck off the strength of the 38th Battalion on 24 April 1919.
