Private Frederick Thomas Collett

Born on 9 March 1898 [actually 24 October 1899] in Bristol, England - brother of Margaret Collett, Ilford, Essex, England - at time of enlistment in 1915: trade as labourer, single, no current or previous military service, Church of England, height of 5 feet 4.5 inches, weight of 115 pounds, chest of 34 inches fully expanded, fair complexion, brown eyes, blonde hair.

Joined the 130th Battalion, CEF, in Renfrew, Ontario, on 1 December 1915 (number 788531) - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 14 or 15 November 1916 - struck off the strength of the 38th Battalion as a "minor" on 1 June 1918.
