This is my wives grandfather. She has had trouble tracing his roots. Can not find an Inwood Quebec. Do you have any further information on hi?

Hi
I've just found a badge for the 215th Infantary Battalion with my metal detector in Fernhurst, Surrey, England. I assume that the regiment must have passed through the area on the way to the Western front in 1917.

Do you have any information on where the 215th were located in the UK?

Thank you
