Joined the 63rd Battalion, CEF, in Edmonton, Alberta, on 22 September 1916 (number 467349) - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 18 or 19 April 1917 - struck off the strength of the 38th Battalion on 16 June 1919.
