Joined the 176th Battalion, CEF, in Niagara Falls, Ontario, on 23 February 1916 (number 850096) - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 8 or 9 April 1918 - captured and made a prisoner of war on 10 August 1918 - repatriated on 1 December 1918.
Died on 21 December 1924.

Off topic but....
My great grandfather, Arthur Judson McLeod, was in the US Military between 1919 and 1921. Miner 1st US Army- Europe.
