Private Gordon Robert Miller

Born on 10 October 1896 in Belleville, Ontario - son of Robert Frank Miller, Belleville, Ontario - at the time of his conscription in 1918: present address same as father; single; Presbyterian; trade as dairy man; no current or previous military service; height of 5 feet 1.5 inches; chest of 40 inches fully expanded; ruddy complexion; grey eyes; brown hair.

Conscripted into the 1st Depot Battalion, Eastern Ontario Regiment, CEF, in Kingston, Ontario, on 14 March 1918 (number 3057328) - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 12 or 13 September 1918 - struck off the strength of the 38th Battalion on 16 June 1919.
