Private Moses Frank Mayer

Born on 4 June 1897 in Mayerville, Saskatchewan - son of Moses Mayer, Sr., Sturgeon Falls, Ontario - at the time of his enlistment in 1918: present address in Henrebourg, Saskatchewan; single; Roman Catholic; trade as farmer; no current or previous military service; height of 5 feet 8 inches; chest of 37 inches fully expanded; dark complexion; brown eyes; black hair.

Conscripted into the 1st Depot Battalion, Saskatchewan Regiment, CEF, in Regina, Saskatchewan, on 25 March 1918 (number 258929) - taken on the strength of the 28th Battalion, CEF, on 6 September 1918 - transferred to the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 21 or 22 September 1918 - struck off the strength of the 38th Battalion on 16 June 1919.
