Born on 17 May 1892 in Liverpool, England - son of Mrs. James Dwyer, Liverpool, England - at the time of his enlistment in 1916: present address in Mount St. Patrick, Ontario, trade as farmer, single, no current or previous military service, Roman Catholic, height of 5 feet 2 inches, chest of 35 inches fully expanded, weight of 130 pounds, ruddy complexion, brown eyes, black hair.

Joined the 130th Battalion, CEF, in Renfrew, Ontario, on 20 March 1916 (number 788596) - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 14 or 15 November 1916 - died on 26 May 1917 of wounds received that day.
