Private David Robert Craig

Born on 28 August 1876 in Liverpool, England - husband of Mary Jane Craig, Toronto, Ontario - son of David Robert and Ellen Craig, Liverpool, England - at time of his enlistment in 1916: present address same as wife, trade as labourer, married, no current or previous military service, Church of England, height of 5 feet 5 inches, chest of 34 inches fully expanded, fair complexion, blue eyes, dark brown hair.

Joined the 126th Battalion, CEF, in Toronto, Ontario, on 11 February 1916 (number 775581) - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 4 or 6 December 1916 - killed in action on 28 May 1917 - buried in La Chaudière Military Cemetery (grave IV.A.5), France.
