Batch, Chingford, Essex, England - attestation form notes trade as cement and steel bridge construction, single, no current military service, served two years with the 9th Battalion Welch Imperial Yeomanry during the South African War, height of 5 feet 6.5 inches, chest of 36.5 inches, fresh complexion, grey eyes, dark brown hair, Church of England.
