Joined the 125th Battalion, CEF, in Paris, Ontario, on 31 December 1915 (number 772584) - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 27 or 28 March 1918 - invalided sick to England on 18 December 1918 - later served in reserve units.
