Private George Robert Savage

Born on 9 July 1875 in London, England - son of George Savage, London, England - at the time of his enlistment in 1916: present address in Toronto, Ontario; trade as labourer; single; no current or previous military service; Church of England; height of 5 feet 2 inches; chest of 35 inches fully expanded; fair complexion; blue eyes; dark brown hair.

Joined the 109th Battalion, CEF, in Lindsay, Ontario, on 3 February 1916 (number 725213) - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 4 or 6 December 1916 - struck off strength to the Canadian Infantry Base Depot, CEF, on 20 April 1918.
