Private Harry Rombach

Born on 15 July 1899 in Lachine, Quebec - son of Rachael Rombach, Lachine, Quebec - at the time of his enlistment in 1917: present address in Midland, Ontario; trade as laborer; single; no current or previous military service; Jewish; height of 5 feet 4.25 inches; chest of 35 inches fully expanded; dark complexion; brown eyes; dark brown hair.

Joined the Canadian Forestry Corps, CEF, in Toronto, Ontario, on 28 July 1917 (number 2497954) - transferred to the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 10 or 11 October 1918 - struck off the strength of the 38th Battalion on 16 June 1919.
