Morrow, Prescott, Arizona (later Inglewood, California) - at the time of his enlistment in 1917: present address in Prescott, Arizona; trade as medical student; single; no current or previous military service; Methodist; height of 5 feet 8.75 inches; chest of 36 inches fully expanded; ruddy complexion; blue eyes; brown hair.

Joined the Canadian Army Medical Corps, CEF, in Ottawa, Ontario, on 19 May 1917 (number 2098899) - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 19 or 20 February 1918 - killed in action on 10 August 1918 - name inscribed on the Vimy Memorial, France.
