Private Lauchern McEachern

Born on 12 December 1895 in Eldon Township, Victoria County, Ontario - son of Mrs. Jennie McEachern - at the time of his enlistment in 1916: present address in Woodville, Ontario; trade as farmer; single; no current or previous military service; Presbyterian; height of 5 feet 6 inches; chest of 35.75 inches fully expanded; fair complexion; gray eyes; brown hair.

Joined the 109th Battalion, CEF, in Woodville, Ontario, on 2 February 1916 (number 725596) - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 4 or 6 December 1916 - struck off the strength of the 38th Battalion on 16 June 1919.
