  1. This student below contacted a YDNA friend of mine ..a John Megonnigil in California...he passed it on to me and I traced it to my YDNA cousins in Arnprior Ontario.
The artifact was a copy of a Poem "The Stretcher Carrier/Bearer" that hung on the wall in the McGonigal home in Arnprior.

    Hi,
I am currently a student at the Arnprior and District Museum. We have a new exhibit that is in the works and we are doing research for it right now. The new exhibit highlights Arnprior and WWI and WWII. We were given an artifact that belonged to Hugh Henry Parnell Mcgonigal, but I am having great difficulty finding any information about him. I found this email address on Ancestry.

If you have any information about him it would be very helpful,

    Thanks,

    Kayla Shartau
