Major Lorne Fauntleroy Jones

Born on 30 July 1887 in West Lorne, Ontario - son of Mrs. P.W. Jones, Chesley, Ontario - at the time of his enlistment in 1915: single; previously served with the 1st Hussars (three years as a private and hospital sergeant); Wesleyan; height of 5 feet 10 inches; chest of 37 inches fully expanded; fair complexion; blue eyes; fair hair.

Joined the Canadian Army Medical Corps, CEF, on 18 December 1915 - taken on the strength of No.1 General Hospital, CEF, on 9 May 1916 - attached to the 38th Battalion, CEF, as medical officer from 22 May to 19 June 1917.

Awarded the Order of the British Empire.

Awarded a Mention in Despatches.

  1. I am the sort of hombre who enjoys to taste recent things. Currently I'm building my personalized pv panels. I'm making it all by myself without the help of my men. I'm utilizing the net as the only path to acheive this. I ran across a truly amazing site which explains how to make pv panels and so on. The place explains all the steps needed for photovoltaic panel construction.

    I am not really sure about how accurate the info given there is. If some experts over here who had experience with these works can have a look and give your feedback in the thread it will be grand and I'd really treasure it, cause I really take an interest in solar panel construction.
