Joined the 156th Battalion, CEF, in Brockville, Ontario, on 15 February 1916 (number 639596) - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 24 May 1917 - wounded on 1 October 1918 - invalided to England on 10 October 1918.
Died in 1955 - buried in Notre Dame Cemetery, Ottawa, Ontario.
