Joined the 94th Battalion, CEF, in Fort Frances, Ontario, on 1 January 1916 (number 198697) - taken on the strength of the 38th Battalion, CEF, on 26 or 27 September 1918 - struck off the strength of the 38th Battalion on 5 May 1919.
